Cancellation Policy

In case your plans change, WONDERLAND BEACH RESORT should be informed of any cancellations and/or booking revisions by email as soon as possible during working hours (8:00am to 5:00pm)
The modification/cancellation request for bookings made online will be processed automatically through the Internet Booking Engine. Any refund due shall be done through the system in accordance with the applicable modification/cancellation rules. In case of rebooking, a rate difference may be payable for the change as per the rate applicable for the rebooked date/ room type and subject to availability.
Cancellations made within thirty- one (31) days and above prior to the guests scheduled arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made within sixteen (16) to thirty (30) days prior to the guests scheduled arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your deposit per cancelled room.
Cancellations made within fifteen (15) days or less prior to the guests scheduled arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of your deposit or full payment per cancelled room.
Payment shall be forfeited for NO SHOW on arrival date.
Shortened stay shall be subject to forfeiture of full payment.
Cancellation due to force majeure in El Nido will directly prevent the transit and arrival of guests at WONDERLAND BEACH RESORT maybe rebooked within 6 months from the original check – in date, subject to room availability and rate differential, if any.
